Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product delivered is damaged
• Product delivered is defective
• Wrong product has been supplied

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are NOT eligible for return:

• Installed solar systems
• Used or installed products
• Customized or made-to-order equipment
• Services (cleaning, maintenance, AMC)

3. Return Request Timeline

• Return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Requests after this period may not be accepted

4. Return Process

• Customer must notify us via phone or email
• Provide photos/videos as proof of damage or issue
• Our team will verify and approve the return

5. Inspection & Approval

• Returned items will be inspected
• Approval is subject to verification of the issue

6. Replacement / Resolution

• Approved returns will be:
• Replaced, OR
• Adjusted in billing (as applicable)

7. Shipping for Returns

• Return shipping will be handled:
• By Ecosparx India (if issue is genuine), OR
• By customer (if applicable)

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Damage after delivery due to improper handling
• Issues not reported within the defined timeline
