A. Rooftop Solar Projects

• Site survey and feasibility analysis
• System design and engineering
• Supply and installation of solar systems
• Net metering and government approval assistance
• Testing and commissioning

B. Other Services

• Solar panel cleaning
• Repair and maintenance
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 7–15 days unless specified
• Prices may vary based on:
• Site conditions
• Structural requirements
• Material cost fluctuations
• GST will be applicable as per government norms

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is mandatory to confirm any project
• Balance payment shall be made as per agreed milestones:
• Material dispatch stage
• Installation stage
• Commissioning stage
• Delay in payment may result in project delay or suspension

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate site and electricity details
• Ensure safe rooftop/site access
• Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity)
• Obtain permissions if not included in scope

6. Project Execution & Timeline

• Rooftop solar project timelines depend on:
• Weather conditions
• Site readiness
• Government approvals (net metering, DISCOM)
• Material availability
• Timelines are indicative and not guaranteed

7. Installation Conditions

• Installation is subject to structural suitability of rooftop
• Additional civil or structural work (if required) will be chargeable
• Work will be performed during standard working hours

8. Approvals & Government Policies

• Assistance may be provided for net metering and approvals
• Approval timelines depend on government authorities
• Ecosparx India is not responsible for delays from authorities

9. Warranty & Performance

• Solar panels, inverters, and equipment carry manufacturer warranties
• Performance depends on:
• Sunlight availability
• Weather conditions
• System maintenance
• Exact power generation or savings are not guaranteed

10. Limitation of Liability

Ecosparx India shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of generation due to external/environmental factors
• Damages caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Third-party interference
• Customer negligence

11. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation and refunds will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
• No cancellation once materials are procured or project execution has started

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:

• Non-payment
• Breach of agreement
• Unsafe working conditions

13. Third-Party Products

• Equipment used may be sourced from third-party manufacturers
• Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer policies

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
